Privacy Policy
Last updated 1 August 2026.
This policy explains what Radcliffe Bureau collects when you use radcliffebureau.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and how you ask us to delete it. It applies to every visitor regardless of location.
1. Who is responsible
Radcliffe Bureau is the data controller for information collected through this website. For any question about this policy, or to exercise any right described below, write to hello@radcliffebureau.com and mark the subject line "Data request".
2. What we collect
- Enquiry details. Name, email address, company, country, website and the description of your brief, submitted through the contact form.
- Analysis requests. The name or brand you enter into the RadcliffeAI Analysis tool, together with the email address you give to receive the report.
- Order details. Billing name, email, country and the package purchased. Card numbers never reach our servers, they are handled by the payment provider.
- Technical data. Approximate country derived from your IP address for currency display, browser type, referring page and pages viewed.
3. Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and deliver work you have engaged us for. This is necessary to perform a contract or to take steps before entering one.
- To generate and send the report you asked for. This is done on your request.
- To show prices in a sensible currency and to keep the site secure and working. This rests on our legitimate interest in operating the site.
- To send occasional updates, only where you have separately opted in. You can withdraw that at any time.
4. Analysis reports
The RadcliffeAI Analysis works only from information that is already published in public. It does not access private accounts, purchase data brokers' files, or attempt to identify anything not already visible to any member of the public. If you are the subject of a report generated by someone else and you want it removed, contact us and it will be deleted within five working days.
5. Who else sees your data
We use a small number of processors: Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery, Zoho ZeptoMail for transactional email, and Razorpay or Stripe for payment processing depending on your country. Analysis requests are processed by third party model providers under contract terms that prohibit training on your data. None of these parties may use your information for their own purposes.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
6. Where data is held
Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and may be processed in any region where Cloudflare operates. Where personal data moves out of the region it was collected in, that transfer is covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become engagements: 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records and invoices: seven years, because tax law in several of the regions we operate in requires it.
- Analysis reports: 12 months, or immediately on request.
- Server logs: 30 days.
8. Your rights
Wherever you are, you may ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, ask us to stop using it for marketing, and ask for it in a portable format. We respond to every request within 30 days and we do not charge for it. If you are in the UK or the EU you may also complain to your national supervisory authority; if you are in India you may raise the matter with the Data Protection Board.
9. Cookies
The site sets a session cookie to remember your currency preference and, if you log into the admin panel, an authentication cookie. Analytics and advertising tags load only where a site administrator has configured them, and where required by law, only after consent.
10. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, for anyone with an active engagement, tell you by email.
